About Aubrey

A lifelong love of horses, put to gentle work

Dedicated Motion is run by Aubrey Russo, serving the greater Philadelphia area. Aubrey has been around horses all her life, and what started as a lifelong passion has grown into a dream she gets to live every day.

As a rider and horse lessee, Aubrey has always dreamed of working with horses in a way that helps them feel their absolute best. She also teaches riding lessons, sharing her love of horses and helping others grow their confidence and skills.

Now, Aubrey is living an even bigger dream through Dedicated Motion—providing light, hands-on bodywork to help horses relax, release tension, and simply feel good in their bodies. Every horse is treated as an individual and worked with at their own pace, with comfort and relaxation at the heart of every session.

Dedicated Motion is all about helping horses feel their best, one session at a time.

“After a couple of sessions my horse just seemed happier in himself — looser, more relaxed, and more like his old self around the barn. Aubrey is so gentle and patient with him.”

Training

Freely Forward Certified

Aubrey is Freely Forward Certified through Maija Luttinger’s program. This was an in-depth program that taught Aubrey the intricacies of myofascial release techniques, as well as a strong education in the equine body systems.

The approach

Your horse can always say no

Every session starts by watching how your horse stands, breathes and moves. Pressure stays light and stretches stay slow.

The work stays gentle and consent-led. Pressure is light, stretches are slow, and the horse is always free to move away or ask for a pause. Comfort comes first, every time.

Bodywork works alongside your veterinarian and farrier. It does not replace them.
